The Swayambhu Buddhist Temple stands on a small hill in Kathmandu.
A climb up about 400 steps leads to the main stupa.
This site is also very holy for Hindu believers, and it is visited by great numbers of pilgrims.
Mandakini herself has visited it many times.
When the model was completed,we both offered several prayers.
