The past of the Great Wall that Yang chose is the Badaling section near Beijing.
It is most beautuful at the time of the changing leaves,so she portrayed it in autumun.
The wall on the inner side and the wall on the outer side facing the enemy have different height, so we checked the wall
heights by looking at a photograph somebody took. Making the stair steps was very hard work.
