This church is in the town where Jose's mother lives. It is very important place for him, and he brought many photographs of the church with him to Japan. He set about making the model with great seriousness and enthusiasm. During his free time Jose sang Japanese songs and loved to mimic the Japanese. He was so very cheerful.
