Each fence surrounds the homes of a single family. A perimeter fence made of stout wooden posts is taken as a sign of the prosperity of the houses within it.
The doorway to each house is low,so one must bend down in order to enter. Also included is a house of the nomadic people who live near this village. The unique shape of the trees is very impressive.
Small sandstorms occur frequently.
